tricounty likes to bust heads

so today i received my 3rd parking ticket. each ticket cost me 25 bucks. I received the tickets for not having a valid parking decal. come on tricounty i can understand one ticket to tell my ass go get a decal but fuck i dont have a job. i pay almost 1400 dollars to take three classes and have to pay 30 dollars to park in the parking lot. shit im thinking about parking a block up the road and walking my happy ass to school. i mean seriously how ridiculous is that!! i mean what am i suppose to do? im broke. i have bills due. im trying to better myself and how does tricounty help?  by slapping my ass and saying pay me 75 bucks or we wont give you your grades for classes that you already paid 1400 dollars for. im writing a letter to obama to see if that mother you know what can make a few calls for me lol
